We have a couple of hot-desks at the satelite office and if we connect in different laptops and work in RDS we don't have any disconnections. If the users having the problems work in RDS from a different computer at the satelite office they don't have any disconnections at all. The problems aren't specific to these users' RDS profiles - if other users, including myself, log on to her computer and connect into their own RDS profile the disconnections continue. We have even replaced her computer with a new one but still the problems persisted on the new computer. No disconnections anywhere else and he uses the same laptop.įor the other affected user we have tried different ethernet cables, different switch ports and moved the computer to a different part of the satelite office but still the problems remained for her. One of affected users works from a laptop and he only gets these disconnections when he is working at the satelite office. We have multiple staff working from home also via RDS and they don't have these disconnection problems either. The other three users don't get disconnected at all. Two of the five remote users keep getting disconnected from RDS with this error message many times per hour throughout the whole day: The remote users connect into their RDS profiles at the main site via our RDS Gateway. We recently set up a small satelite office and moved five members of staff from the main office to the satelite office.
